John 3:18 ERV
"People who believe in God’s Son are not judged guilty. But people who do not believe are already judged, because they have not believed in God’s only Son."
Inspired by a friend's sharing about the origins of Shang Di (上帝) in relation to the topic on Chinese religions and words, and in reference to today's Word, I have decided to post this up to share:

It's interesting and intriguing to learn about the origins of words like tower (塔) and migrate (遷). The trouble is that there are many out there whom are deceived into thinking that their gods and goddesses are real and that all religions are the same. There is a danger to that theory and if I am ignorant of my commission, my friends can easily be judged as they have not received Jesus, the one true God into their lives.
Also, this word 奉 refers to the giving respectfully or in reverence and waiting on.

We give our lives in reverence as a living sacrifice.
I pray that God will move in me, His Spirit (圣灵) will guide me to speak to my pre-believing friends and open their hearts (心) and eyes (靈眼) to the truth (真).
